The Future of Freight Shipping Just Got an Upgrade
For over two decades, TruckDirectMail.com (TDM) has powered mail-as-freight shipments across the country, helping businesses move palletized mail into the USPS network with efficiency and ease. But times change — and so do the needs of modern logistics teams. That’s why we’re proud to introduce the all-new Direct Logistics Platform (DLP).
DLP is more than a rebrand — it’s a complete rebuild of our online shipping experience. Whether you’re shipping 500 pallets of marketing mail to USPS SCFs or quoting LTL freight across the country, DLP gives you speed, visibility, and simplicity — all in one streamlined platform.
What’s New in DLP?
We designed DLP from the ground up to deliver smarter, faster logistics. Here’s what you’ll notice right away:
- A clean, modern dashboard built for speed and usability
- Bulk quote uploads with support for thousands of shipments at once
- Instant documentation generation, including labels and BOLs
- Improved shipment tracking with real-time carrier updates
- API-ready — no changes needed to your existing integrations

From quoting to booking to scheduling pickups, every part of the ‘New Job’ process has been simplified in DLP. Our intelligent form layouts reduce the number of clicks and help you catch mistakes before they happen.
DLP New Job Interface
Carrier-Level Tracking You Can Trust
DLP’s redesigned tracking interface gives you better visibility into every shipment. Whether it’s in transit, delivered, or delayed, you’ll know exactly what’s happening — and when. You can also export and share tracking info with your team or your clients in just a few clicks.

What Happens to TDM?
TDM will remain live during the transition, but over the next 30-60 days, all accounts will be migrated to DLP. The email account(s) on record will be notified in advance of migration, and we’ll provide onboarding resources to help you get started fast. Once the migration is complete, the TDM system will be taken offline and redirected to DLP.
Want to Get Ahead of the Curve?
If you’d like early access to DLP, or want to request a demo before your migration date, reach out to your account manager or email us at sales@directlogistics.com. We’ll make sure you’re ready to hit the ground running. You can also check out the DLP Video Training Library for short video summaries of the most common tasks in DLP.
DLP represents everything we’ve learned from two decades of helping customers ship better. It’s faster. It’s smarter. And it’s built for the future of freight. We can’t wait for you to experience it.
